BVE-ECCT-5/17.5T Intelligent diversified integrated heavy metal wastewater treatment equipment. The equipment adopts LY-EC series digital high-voltage frequency modulation pole changing electrochemical system, which is independently developed for wastewater treatment. It adopts electrochemical principle and data simulation technology, and is equipped with nano high-frequency pulse power supply to form a unique electrochemical wastewater treatment system.


 

 • Electrochemical parameters, Efficient simulation system: The supporting software of high-tech electrochemical parameter analysis carries out preliminary experiments and digital simulation for wastewater with different properties to achieve perfect amplification of treatment effect.
• Nanoscale high frequency, Pulse high voltage switching power supply: The nano drive module is embedded with dual microcomputer control modulation technology, square wave pulse adjustable, polarization high-frequency density induction multi electrode uniform distribution technology, which effectively solves the problems of liquid isolation and passivation and large power consumption.
• Patented box structure: Patented porous directional jet device and directional plate cleaning system. The patented box structure can effectively prevent short flow, uneven effluent and other causes of unsatisfactory effluent quality.
• Electrochemical automatic control system: The independently developed electrochemical automatic control system includes signal acquisition, PLC control, signal output and other functions. The system has the function of monitoring the flow of inlet and outlet water and realizes double interlocking control, which can effectively prevent accidents caused by electrochemical water cut-off and air burning.
All products are controlled by PLC, and the connection port of master station control system is provided to realize on-site / remote control.
